Chester Nomads 4-3 Rael Athletic (Match Report) - sin what a game this was today!!!!!! i could not of asked any more from my lads the pas g was at times 1st class and everybody playe there part.The ist 10 minutes we were on the back foot with chester coming at us from all angles and thats when the breakthrough came so 1-0 to chester at half time. second half the lads came straight out the traps and put chester under a lot of preassure for most of the opening 10 mins untill they broke and slotted home the second completly against the run of play. but usually the boys heads go down but this time they new they wernt beaten and continued a lot preasure forced a corner. kee put a lovely ball and the defenders could not cope with the ball and handled in the box PENALTY kee then stepped up to slot home 2-1 the boys were back in. 2 minutes later we found ourselves 3-1 down when a freekick was put through to which everybody thought was offside apart from the ref GOAL 3-1 straight away the lads kept there shape and caused havoc around there box with jakey causing problems and kee and callum excellent in the centre created chance after chance. finally we had a free kick on the edge of the box ellis rolled it to kee for him to smash home is second 3-2 the lads then felt then they could atleast snatch a draw out of this and applied alot of preasure. another corner came over from kee and again chesters defenders had trouble clearing when it came to the edge AZZA picked it up knocked to the side to beat a defender and smashed it in to the top corner for his first of the season 3-3 with 4 minutes left the lads were sure to atleast take a point from this but with 2 minutes to go a mixup at the back let in chester agin to squeeze the winner!! MANAGERS THOUGHTS the lads were superb today and fully deserved atleast a point from this if they can play like they did in the second half every game they would be unstopable . a few mentions today kee fully deserved his 2 goals and man of the match callum solid in the middle jakey for his endless running shim battled hard azza great game and superb goal and dyls some fantastic saves which kept us in it in the 1st half. keep your heads up lads a great performance!!!!!! 14th
Rael Athletic 5- 3 Whitby Rangers (Match Report) - Whitby rangers were the visitors today at linksview and a game which was spoilt by bad ref decisions. the game started slowly and scrappy as we struggled to put passes together like we usualy do. The first goal came in the 15th minute when cal squared a great ball to kee who then turned his man to smash a ball from 20yds, the lads then started to get a bit of confidence and started to play it around but couldnt find another by half time. the second half the lads were alot better and went straight on the attack but whitbys defence stood firm untill jakey put a ball through to shimmo who flew up the line to smash the ball across the keeper in to the far corner 2-0 The 3rd came when nial played a ball to brandon who then beat his man to let fly with his left foot 3-0 the boys were cruising then untill the start of bad decisions led a fight back by whitby with 3 goals with 10 minutes left!!! this pushed the lads up a further gear which forced a corner ( 6 mins left) brandon crossed over the ball which bounced and fell to azza who headed back across goal and over the keeper for his 2nd of the season 4-3 With 2mins left the boys had another corner from the left again the defence failed to clear and upstepped jakey to squeese the ball in to the bottom right hand corner for his 20th of the season!!!!! MANAGERS THOUGHTS!! the boys are showing great spirit at the moment and not letting their head drop when things arnt going there way - well done boys!!!

the boys were buzzing after last weeks great win over Ashville in a friendly, playing at times some first class football and it didn't take long to to take control in this cup fixture. some great 1 touch passing created the opening goal, the ball came over where jakey was on hand to score a great volley on the turn 1-0. The boys then created chance after chance with both Ellis and kee going close with long ranges before jack got his first goal for rael, with a great shot from a Azza cross. 2-0 up jack nearly doubled his tally for the season with a shot that smashed against the bar.The boys were in full control now and from a goal kick jakey got his second. the keeper took the goal kick but could only kick straight to jakey who then smashed it back first time over the keeper 3-0. Williston started t play a bit and created a few chances of there own but a superb save from dyls da sar and dan, adam, con, and camo snuffing out any chances of a goal the boys pushed for the 4th and got it from a corner kee put a ball over where jack was on hand to get his second of the season with a acute flick 4-0, wiliston got there goal just before the break with a very well taken goal in to the bottom corner. 4-1 ht the second half the the boys new the game was won and started just to knock it around making wolves work for the ball brandon putting some delightful balls over setting up the 5th with a dink over the top for kee to get his well deserved goal 5-1 .Moments later brandon very nearly set up kee again from a corner but kees header came back of the post the 6th came late on where again brandon put a ball over for jakey but couldn't take full advantage rolled it on unselfish for kee to get his second
managers thoughts.in the last couple of games the passing has been fantastic and the boys are growing in confidence again which is lovely to see keep it up boys fantastic well done

Gs jakey 2, nial 2, kieran 1. We arrived at cheshire oakes school very confident on getting something out of this game and boy did they do that!!! from the moment the whistle went the boys were playing it around superbly and the defence stood strong from the pacey strikers.We knew getting the first goal was very important and the breakthrough came when connor put a lovely through ball for nile to run on to, to finish in the bottom corner. 0-1 the lads picked it up again and very quickly got the second jakey finishing superbly for his 31st of the season. The 3rd was soon to follow from a superb in swinging freekick taken by brandon was met by kee with a superb header into the corner. half time the boys were told to stay calm keep playing their football and not to get to confident and remind them of there 2 pacey srikers and there middle man who was superb and quick. the 4th came with quick 1 touch passes fell to nile who superbly finished of with a maize run to finish low and hard 0-4 the 5th came when azza played a superb ball down the line for jakey to get his second with another superb effort!! 0-5 up we took our foot of the accelerator and let hope farm back in with 2 late goals to finish 2-5

the game today saw Olympic come to Linksview and this promised to be a cracker. With key players missing with Brandon and jack ill and dyls on Wirral duty and Kieran and Jake slowly getting over there illness we had boys playing out of posisition which didn't help!! this was a very physical game with some tackles that were made would of seen players shown a red card if this was in the premiership!!! . It started off very even with both sides having chances to get the opener, but a mistake at the back saw Olympic go 0-1 up. The boys to be fair battled very well, but Olympic are a very physical side and stronger in the challengers which proved to be the difference in the sides. The boys pushed for the equaliser and got it with azza scoring with 1 of his superb shots. 1-1 We then gave a silly ball away and olympic again ran on to, to intercept to go 1-2 up again Olympic pushed forward and got there 3rd so 1-3 down the boys kept there heads up and battled hard to earn a penalty. kee stepped up to finish superbly 2-3 game on!!! half time the lads were told to make there tackles count to be stronger but try and keep playing their football. a few of the lads took knocks but carried on giving there all( so well done boys) the second half we put Olympic under a lot of pressure and drew level when again azza put a lovely ball in to Jakey's path who finished with a delightful lob over the top 3-3. But again we let ourselves down with there striker coming around the back to finish with a low hard shot 3-4 down the boys pushed again for the equaliser and got it with 3 minutes to go kee put a great corner over where it was flicked on at the near post for azza to come in and finish in to the bottom corner!!!
managers thoughts: playing a very physical team the boys did well, and the spirit they showed to keep coming back was excellent, but have we had a stronger ref we could of quite easily of been playing against 9 men. a draw in the end was a fair result keep it up lads!!!!!
